About Trumpless

Trumpless works by collecting the results from a wide range of well known search engines.

If the description of any search result includes the word "Trump" it is rejected, so you get filtered results that are (relatively) Trumpless.

If you want to see the difference try searching for "Donald" on Google and then again on Trumpless. Google seems to think that there is only one Donald on the whole Internet. Trumpless knows better!

Sadly, it is hard to escape from the "Trump". A search result may occasionally bring you to a webpage (such as a major news site) that contains Trump-related stories. That is why it is Trump-less, not Trump-free, but you should be spared the curse of bumping into dear Donald unexpectedly while searching for innocent things like "hair products" or "comb-over".

Why use Trumpless

Technical details - How does it work?

Trumpless is based on Searx, a metasearch engine, inspired by the seeks project.
It provides basic privacy by mixing your queries with searches on other platforms without storing search data. See more on github
